By using Broke Genius, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.2) Service Description
- AI-powered personal finance tracker for manual expense entry, insights, and roasts.
- No bank syncing; all expenses are user-entered.
- Available on iOS/Android; data stored in Supabase (EEA).3) Eligibility
- You must be 16+ (or have parental consent if required by local law) and legally able to contract.4) Accounts
- You’re responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
- Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect compromise.5) Trial & Subscription
- 7-day free trial. After the trial, access is blocked until subscription is active.
- €9.99/month, billed via Apple/Google; their billing and refund rules apply.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid further charges. No prorated refunds; access continues until period end.6) License
- Personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app.
- You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app.7) User Data
- You own the data you input. We process/store it to provide the service.
